LEM Designs was formed in 2009 when a former co-worker called asking for help with a redesign of the website for Wilmington Police and Fire Federal Credit Union.  Since then,  LEM Designs has maintained and redesigned their website to help bring them further into the 21st century.  We are always looking to help create and maintain the website your business deserves.
